Kalen Howell Sr. is a seasoned technology leader with a rich background in software development, software quality, and executive leadership. He holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and a Master’s in Computer Science from Franklin University, blending technical expertise with strategic leadership.

As the CIO at ChemStation International, Kalen leads digital transformation and technological advancement. He also serves as President of the Barbara Howell Park Conservancy, dedicated to revitalizing the park in the center of Urbana, Ohio's historic Black neighborhood. Beyond these roles, Kalen founded Pinnacle Pathways, a coaching service that empowers individuals and organizations to grow through leadership and professional development. With a passion for strategic thinking and continuous learning, Kalen is committed to helping others unlock their full potential and make a meaningful impact.
